Romina Day’s technology platform is led by Peter Quintas, Chief Technology Officer, who oversees the engineering strategy behind our AI agent infrastructure and enterprise deployments.

Peter is a seasoned computer engineer and entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience building, scaling, and exiting software companies. His track record includes founding and leading platforms such as SOMA Global (public-safety technology), NOMi (retail analytics), and SilkRoad Equity - each delivering durable, mission-critical systems adopted at scale.

As CTO, Peter is responsible for Romina Day’s technical strategy, platform architecture, and long-term product roadmap. He leads the design and evolution of Romina Day MATES, the firm’s multi-agent AI platform purpose-built to automate and accelerate front, middle, and back-office workflows for investment firms. Under his technical leadership, MATES enables teams to process and reason over thousands of pages of unstructured financial, operational, and regulatory data in minutes—dramatically expanding coverage, improving accuracy, and freeing professionals to focus on high-impact decision-making.

By combining Romina Day’s deep market insight with Peter’s engineering rigor, the company has built a scalable, enterprise-grade AI platform that turns slow, fragmented processes into fast, auditable, data-driven systems for leading financial institutions.

Outside the office, Peter trains in Jiu-Jitsu, spends time with his wife, and raises their four children.
