Conor brings deep experience from both sides of the financial industry. He has played a key role in taking two companies public: first as an investment analyst advising institutional investors, and later as an operator leading capital markets and financial operations from idea to IPO. These experiences gave him firsthand insight into the inefficiencies that slow down financial decision-making—and a clear vision for how intelligent automation can transform the system.

Before Romina, Conor was President at Decentralized Labs, where he launched cutting-edge tools across low-code automation, data extraction, and imaging for enterprise. It was there Conor and his team built one of the earliest collaborative AI agent frameworks, laying the foundation for Romina Day’s platform today.
